Common use of Payments of Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Payments of Base Salary. and Bonus required to be made to you after a termination of employment pursuant to Sections 4, 5 or 6 shall be made at the same times as such payments otherwise would have been paid to you pursuant to Sections 3.1 (Base Salary) and 3.2 (Bonus) if your employment had not been terminated, or such other time as required for compliance with Code Section 409A as set forth in Section 10.15 below.
