Payments on Holidays. Whenever any payment to be made pursuant to this Reimbursement Agreement shall be stated to be due on a public holiday in the State of New York, Saturday or Sunday, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall in such case be included in computing interest, if any, in connection with such payment.
