Vacation; Holidays. The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.
Vacation; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation each full calendar year. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Executive. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with Company policy, as in effect from time to time.
Vacation; Holidays. The Executive will receive four (4) weeks paid vacation, on an "as earned" basis each year and will receive ten (10) holidays each year.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which vacation days shall be taken at a reasonable time or times. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks vacation per year, and accrual of vacation time is capped at a maximum of four (4) weeks. A maximum of one (1) week of any unused vacation may carry over from calendar year to calendar year in accordance with the general policies of the Company and subject to applicable law.

During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to take up to 30 days of paid time off per calendar year, to be taken in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the policies applicable to senior executives of the Company generally.
Vacation; Holidays. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid time off (“PTO”) each full calendar year as provided by the Company’s PTO policies for similarly situated employees. The PTO shall be used for vacation and sick days. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Executive. Any PTO that the Executive is entitled to in any calendar year that is not used by the end of such calendar year shall be forfeited, except for up to five days of PTO each year that may be carried forward to the following year. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with Company policy, as in effect from time to time.
Vacation; Holidays. The Officer shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Subsidiary, and shall be entitled to thirty (30) vacation days per year, in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company and applicable law, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.
Vacation; Holidays. Executive shall be entitled to at least 27 days of paid vacation during each calendar year as well as holidays and sick days each in accordance with the Company’s applicable policies in effect from time to time.
Vacation; Holidays. During each calendar year during the Term, the Executive shall also be entitled to vacation time and paid holidays on the same basis as other senior executives of the Employer, subject to the terms and conditions of the Employer’s vacation and holiday policies as in effect from time to time.
