Common use of Payments on Non-Business Days Clause in Contracts

Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Interim Notes shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest hereunder or under the Interim Notes or of the commitment and other fees hereunder, as the case may be.

Payments on Non-Business Days.
