Common use of Payments on Non-Business Days Clause in Contracts

Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder is due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of payment of interest.

Payments on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder is or under any of the Notes shall be stated to be due on a day other than which is not a Business Day, such payment may the due date thereof shall be made on extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of payment of interest.
