PAYMENTS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. Subject to Section 12.11, Canada and Saskatchewan agree that the amounts payable to the School Division Compensation Fund pursuant to section 12.04 and section 12.05, respectively, shall be included within the expenditure limitations set forth pursuant to section 7.2 of the Amended Cost Sharing Agreement.
