Common use of Payments to Administrative Agent, Lenders Clause in Contracts

Payments to Administrative Agent, Lenders. (A) Payment by any Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this SECTION 4.8 shall be made not later than 1:00 p.m. on the Business Day such payment is due, PROVIDED that if such payment is due on demand by another Lender, such demand is made on the paying Lender not later than 10:00 a.m. on such Business Day. Payment by the Administrative Agent to any Lender shall be made by wire transfer, promptly following the Administrative Agent's receipt of funds for the account of such Lender and in the type of funds received by the Administrative Agent, PROVIDED that if the Administrative Agent receives such funds (A) at or prior to 1:00 p.m., the Administrative Agent shall pay such funds to such Lender by 2:00 p.m. on such Business Day or (B) after 1:00 p.m., the Administrative Agent shall pay such funds to such Lender prior to 2:00 p.m.

Payment by the Administrative Agent to any Lender shall be made by wire transfer, promptly following the Administrative Agent's receipt of funds for the account of such Lender and in the type of funds received by the Administrative Agent, PROVIDED that if the Administrative Agent receives such funds (A) at or prior to 1:00 p.m., the Administrative Agent shall pay such funds to such Lender by 2:00 p.m. on such Business Day or (B) after 1:00 p.m., the Administrative Agent shall pay such funds to such Lender prior to 2:00 p.m.
