Payments to Companion Participation Holders. With respect to each Companion Participation, any amounts payable to the related Companion Participation Holder shall be transferred to the servicer of the Companion Participation (as specified in a written notice from Companion Participation Holder to the Servicer) in accordance with the related Participation Agreement within two (2) Business Days after receipt of properly identified funds.
