Payments to Company and Agency. (a) During any period in which the Agency exercises the Agency Step-in Rights, the Agency shall continue making payments to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) During the exercise of the Agency Step-in Rights, the Agency shall be entitled to remuneration for the Agency’s reasonable costs as an operator.
