Payments to Consultant. 10.1 Payments on account of the CONSULTANT's services shall be as follows: 10.1.1 For its Basic Services, payments shall be made as prescribed in the written Activation for each specific designated project. 10.1.2 Payments for Additional Services of the CONSULTANT as defined in Article 4 above as a Lump Sum shall be made as prescribed in the Authorization.
