RECOGNITION AND MEMBERSHIP 16 Section 1. The Hospital recognizes the Association as the collective bargaining 17 representative with respect to wage rates, hours of work, and other conditions of 18 employment for a bargaining unit composed of all categories of registered nurses 20 Hospital shall not challenge the status of bargaining unit nurses or assert that 21 bargaining unit nurses are supervisors.
Access and Cooperation Each Party will, and will cause its Other Indemnified Persons to, cooperate and assist in all reasonable respects regarding such Third Party Claim, including by promptly making available to such other Party (and its legal counsel and other professional advisers with a reasonable need to know) all books and records of such Person relating to such Third Party Claim, subject to reasonable confidentiality precautions.
Access and Use 1. Each Party shall ensure that any service supplier of the other Party is accorded access to and use of public telecommunications transport networks and services in a timely fashion, on transparent, reasonable and nondiscriminatory terms and conditions. This obligation shall be applied, inter alia, through paragraphs 2 through 6. 2. Each Party shall ensure that service suppliers of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications transport network or service offered within or across the border of that Party, including private leased circuits, and to this end shall ensure, subject to the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 6, that such suppliers are permitted: (a) to purchase or lease and attach terminal or other equipment which interfaces with the network and which is necessary to supply their services; (b) to interconnect private leased or owned circuits with public telecommunications transport networks and services or with circuits leased or owned by other service suppliers; (c) to use operating protocols of their choice in the supply of any service, other than as necessary to ensure the availability of telecommunications transport networks and services to the public generally; and (d) to perform switching, signaling and processing functions.
3. Each Party shall ensure that service suppliers of the other Party may use public telecommunications transport networks and services for the movement of information

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3, a Party may take such measures as are necessary: (a) to ensure the security and confidentiality of messages; or (b) to protect the personal data of users of public telecommunications transport networks or services, subject to the requirement that such measures are not applied in a manner which would constitute a means of arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination or a disguised restriction on trade in services. 5. Each Party shall ensure that no condition is imposed on access to and use of public telecommunications transport networks and services other than as necessary: (a) to safeguard the public service responsibilities of suppliers of public telecommunications transport networks and services, in particular their ability to make their networks or services available to the public generally; or (b) to protect the technical integrity of public telecommunications transport networks or services.

Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
Access and Records
A. County, the State of California and the United States Government and/or their representatives, shall have access, for purposes of monitoring, auditing, and examining, to Subrecipient’s activities, books, documents and papers (including computer records and emails) and to records of Subrecipient’s subcontractors, consultants, contracted employees, bookkeepers, accountants, employees and participants related to this Contract. Subrecipient shall insert this condition in each Contract between Subrecipient and a subcontractor that is pursuant to this Contract shall require the subcontractor to agree to this condition. Such departments or representatives shall have the right to make excerpts, transcripts and photocopies of such records and to schedule on site monitoring at their discretion. Monitoring activities also may include, but are not limited to, questioning employees and participants and entering any premises or onto any site in which any of the services or activities funded hereunder are conducted or in which any of the records of Subrecipient are kept. Subrecipient shall make available its books, documents, papers, financial records, etc., within three (3) days after receipt of written demand by Director which shall be deemed received upon date of sending. In the event Subrecipient does not make the above referenced documents available within the County of Orange, California, Subrecipient agrees to pay all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by County, or County’s designee, in conducting any audit at the location where said records and books of account are maintained.
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers.
9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA.
9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
Access and Retention of Records County agrees to provide the State Arresting Agencies, the Legislative Auditor, or their authorized agents with access to any records necessary to determine contract compliance. County agrees to create and retain records supporting the services rendered for a period of eight years after either the completion date of the Agreement or the conclusion of any claim, litigation, or exception relating to the Agreement taken by the State of Montana or third party.
Access to Personnel Records Upon written request to the Chief of Police, an employee shall have access to the employee's records during normal office hours of the records custodian. Such access to personnel records shall be within a reasonable time of said request. Such request shall not interfere with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours. Review of the records shall be made in the presence of the Chief or the Chief’s designated representative.
