PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTORS. 8.01 For Services rendered pursuant to Annex A, the Purchaser shall pay the Contractor in accordance with the schedule provided in the SC. The amounts specified in the SC shall include all of the Contractors’ costs and profits as well as any tax obligation that may be imposed on the Contractors in connection with this Contract.
