Payments to Dealer. The process for payments by Finance to Dealer for a Financing Transaction shall be as follows:
Payments to Dealer. (A) During the term of this Agreement, Fund Agent(s) or their affiliates will make payments to Dealer as set forth in Schedule C, respectively, as compensation for the services described herein and in Schedules A and B, respectively.
Payments to Dealer. For providing such services to the Premier Class, and subject to Section 5 below, Dealer shall receive as compensation an aggregate fee at the annual rate of 15 basis points of the average net daily net assets of the Customers invested in the Funds. Such fee shall be paid quarterly in arrears no later than the end of the next calendar month after each quarter. In order to receive a payment on behalf of the Premier Class for a particular quarter, the sum due to Dealer must amount to at least $100.00.
Payments to Dealer. If any payments are made to Dealer on any Contract sold to Xxxxxxxxx, Dealer will hold such funds in trust for Xxxxxxxxx without commingling the funds with funds of Dealer and will promptly deliver the funds to Covington. Xxxxxxxxx is irrevocably authorized to endorse the name of the Dealer to any remittance offered as payment on any Contract sold to Xxxxxxxxx and to retain the proceeds thereof as a payment on such Contract. If any Vehicle described in any Contract sold to Xxxxxxxxx shall come into the possession of Dealer while Purchaser is indebted to Covington therefore, Dealer shall promptly notify Xxxxxxxxx and shall deliver the Vehicle to Covington on demand.
