Payments to Funding Agent’s Account. After any assignment in whole by a Conduit Investor to the Related Alternate Investors pursuant to this Agreement at any time on or after the Conduit Investment Termination Date, all payments to be made hereunder by the SPV or the Master Servicer to such Conduit Investor shall be made to the Related Funding Agent’s account as such account shall have been designated by such Funding Agent to the Administrative Agent, the SPV and the Master Servicer.
