Payments to Nasdaq and Related Provisions. Section 4.01. SEC-Approved Fees. A schedule of fee(s) applicable to the Information has been adopted and approved by Nasdaq and NASD. The fee(s) currently in effect are set forth in Attachment K. Any changes to these fee(s) are subject to review and approval by the SEC.
