Common use of Payments to P Clause in Contracts

Payments to P. D.C.A. – N.E. PA EMPLOYERS covered by the P.D.C.A. N.E. PA – District Council Collective Bargaining Agreement shall make contributions to the P.D.C.A. N.E. PA I.A.F. at the rate of $.25 per hours worked.
