Payor Arrangements. (i) The Executive shall become and remain, while providing the Medical Services, a participating physician in Medicare, Medicaid and any other payor arrangements and any prepaid or managed care health care programs as are designated by the Company in the Practicing States for all Medical Services rendered by the Executive to patients who are covered under such programs.
