Common use of Payor Contracting Clause in Contracts

Payor Contracting. 1. OhioHealthy shall attempt to contract, directly or indirectly, with Payors who agree to pay in accordance with this Agreement and or the applicable Program Attachment for Covered Services rendered by Practitioner and other Participating Providers and Participating Practitioners. Practitioner acknowledges and agrees that Practitioner shall only have the right to participate in those Programs for which Program Attachments have been signed by both of the parties and attached hereto and that OhioHealthy is under no obligation to include Practitioner in any Programs provided or arranged for by OhioHealthy or OhioHealthy affiliates. There are no assurances that OhioHealthy will be able to contract with a Payor and OhioHealthy shall not be liable to Practitioner if OhioHealthy cannot contract with a Payor.
