Payout Threshold. In the case that the balance of amount(s) payable to Supply Partner is less than US$1,000 or the equivalent thereof in the applicable currency, the balance will be carried forward to the following calendar month until (a) the balance of payable amounts exceeds one US$1,000 or the equivalent thereof in the applicable currency, or (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated.

Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Fyber will pay out any accrued due amount to Supply Partner by the end of each calendar year if the US$1000 or the equivalent thereof in the applicable currency threshold is not reached by the end of such calendar year.
Payout Threshold. Seller warrants that there is no Payout Threshold and that any and all Payouts accrued during a monthly cycle will be sent to Affiliate.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.
