Common use of Payroll Burden Clause in Contracts

Payroll Burden. Payroll burden associated with eligible wages and salaries included in Schedule 2 – Statement of Work, which includes items such as group insurance, pension plans and the employer’s share of federal deductions, is also eligible for personnel directly associated with the Project. The Recipient can claim a rate of fifteen per cent (15%) of salaries and wages for the payroll burden.
