Payroll for Combined OIC and FTO. A member simultaneously performing more than one function which carries an additional pay supplement shall be entitled to the combined values of such supplements while working multiple capacities. Specifically, a member designated and simultaneously acting as both the OIC and FTO shall be paid as specified in Sections 14.4 and 14.5 of this Agreement for the hours actually worked simultaneously in both positions.
