Payroll Summaries/ Prevailing Wages. Subcontractor agrees to furnish to Contractor one copy of each weekly payroll summary within seven days after the date of payment. Subcontractor agrees to comply with any and all provisions in the General Contract relating to labor standards, minimum wages and other wage and hour provisions to the same extent as they are binding upon Contractor. In the event the Owner requires Contractor to furnish payroll affidavits, subcontractor agrees to furnish similar affidavits to the Contractor.
