PCAM BUSINESS Clause Samples

The "PCAM BUSINESS" clause defines the scope and nature of business activities related to Property, Construction, Asset, and Management (PCAM) services within the agreement. It typically outlines which services are included under PCAM, such as property management, construction oversight, asset administration, and related operational tasks, and may specify the responsibilities or limitations of the parties involved in these areas. By clearly delineating what constitutes PCAM business, this clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over service scope and helping to allocate responsibilities effectively.
