PDSC to Seek Additional Funding. If PDSC reasonably believes that appropriated funds will not be sufficient, PDSC shall seek additional funds from the Legislative Emergency Board or legislature at the earliest opportunity and, if possible, before modifying, suspending, or terminating this contract.
