Peaceful Resolution of All Disputes. In recognition of the special needs of the Project Work and to maintain a spirit of harmony, labor-management peace and stability during the term of the PLA, the parties agree to establish effective and binding methods for the settlement of all misunderstandings, disputes and grievances; and in recognition of such methods and procedures, the Unions agree not to engage in any strike, slowdowns, or interruption or disruption of Project Work, and the Contractors agree not to engage in any lockout.
