Pedestrian Access and Safety. Redeveloper will provide for safe pedestrian passage adjacent to the Property during construction of the Project by Redeveloper. Redeveloper shall supply to the Building Department plans and specifications providing for pedestrian safety for such portion of the Property. The Redeveloper shall keep the sidewalks clean and free of debris, ice and snow during the construction of the Project by Redeveloper.
