Peering function Sample Clauses
The peering function clause defines the terms and procedures by which two parties, typically network operators or service providers, establish and manage a direct interconnection for the exchange of data traffic. This clause outlines the technical requirements, responsibilities for maintaining the connection, and any performance standards or dispute resolution mechanisms related to the peering arrangement. By clearly specifying these aspects, the clause ensures efficient data exchange, minimizes misunderstandings, and helps prevent disputes over network connectivity and service quality.
