PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx shall pay $500.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Cressi-Sub shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Consumer Value shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to XxxxxxxxXxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received sent within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Coty shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx and without any admission of liability, Down-Lite shall pay $500.00 1,500.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Down-Lite shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx Telecom shall pay $500.00 2,000.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Reaction Retail shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx Gourmet Home shall pay $500.00 2,000.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received sent within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Gourmet Home shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Icup shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Surell shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to XxxxxxxxXxx Xxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Impecgear shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Tune Belt shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Max Interactive shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx WS Trading shall pay $500.00 1,500.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to by the addresses methods identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx WS Trading shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to Xxxxxxxx. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Costway shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. The Civil Penalty payment shall be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the Penalty remitted to OEHHA and the remaining 25% of the Penalty remitted to XxxxxxxxBalabbo. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below. For all amounts due and owing that are not received sent within the payment times set forth below, Xxxxx Yellow Xxxx shall pay a late civil penalty payment fee equal to $100/day to be allocated in accordance with California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12(c)(1) and (d).

PENALTIES PURSUANT TO HEALTH &. SAFETY CODE § 25249.7(b) In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx Paper Source shall pay $500.00 1,000.00 as a Civil Penalty in accordance with this Section.
