Penalty for NSF Check. In the event a check submitted by TENANT is returned for non- sufficient funds (“NSF”), TENANT agrees to pay COUNTY a penalty in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25) for the first check, and thirty-five dollars ($35) for each subsequent check.
