PENALTY FOR UNSATISFACTORY PROGRESS. Following a review by the Trades Apprenticeship Committee, any trainee who is considered to be in unsatisfactory standing, as defined above, will be given a final warning. From that time until the completion of the trainee’s apprentice program, the trainee must meet all requirements of the program.

From that time until the completion of the trainee’s 's apprentice program, the trainee must meet all requirements of the program. If before graduation the trainee should again be making unsatisfactory progress, he will then be subject to removal from the training program and the trade and will be returned to his pre-apprentice position.
