Common use of Pennsylvania National Guard Clause in Contracts

Pennsylvania National Guard. In accordance with the Military Code as amended by Act 92 of 1975 and Act 174 of 1990, all permanent employees who are members of the Pennsylvania National Guard shall be entitled to military leave with compensation for all types of training duty (active and inactive) or other military duty ordered or authorized by the Armed Forces of the United States.
