Pension and Benefit Continuation for Full Time Continuing Employees. Employees on leave of absence without pay may choose to continue enrollment in the University benefits plan during the period of unpaid leave and will remain enrolled by paying both the University's and the Employees portion, if any, of the premium cost subject to the terms of the benefits plan. Under the terms of the Pension Plan, pension contributions during an unpaid leave of absence are not permitted.
