Common use of Pension and Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Pension and Benefit Plan. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 22-30.5-111(3), employees working at the Network and Network Schools shall be members of the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). No later than the last workday of each month during the term of this Contract, the Network shall remit employer and employee contributions directly to XXXX. Such contributions shall be subject to annual revision in accordance with the requirements of the Retirement Plan. PERA rules and regulations shall govern benefits for Network employees participating in PERA, as amended from time to time. The Network agrees to identify and inform the District and PERA of employees of the Network and changes in the identity of employees of the Network.
