Common use of Pension and Other Employee Plans Clause in Contracts

Pension and Other Employee Plans. Debts, obligations or liabilities under any pension, profit sharing, savings, retirement, health, medical, life, disability, dental, deferred compensation, stock option, bonus, incentive, severance pay, group insurance or other similar employee plans or arrangements, or under any policies, handbooks, or custom or practice, collective bargaining agreement, or any employment agreements, whether express or implied, applicable to any of Seller's employees at any time through and including the Closing Date.
