Common use of Pension Benefits, etc Clause in Contracts

Pension Benefits, etc. if Borrowers fail to comply with ERISA, so that grounds exist to permit the appointment of a trustee under ERISA to administer their employee plans or to allow the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation to institute proceedings to appoint a trustee to administer such plan(s), or to permit the entry of a Lien to secure any deficiency or claim; or
