Change of Ownership Interests. No Borrower (other than RCM) shall permit any change to occur in the ownership of its outstanding Equity Interests and no Borrower shall Dispose of any ownership interest in its wholly owned Subsidiaries (other than in connection with a Permitted Asset or Stock Sale).
