Common use of Per-Pupil Funding Clause in Contracts

Per-Pupil Funding. Federal Funding‌ Pursuant to Section 302D-28, HRS, the School shall be eligible for all federal financial support to the same extent as all other public schools. The Commission shall distribute federal funds to the School in accordance with applicable federal and state rules and regulations. The Commission shall make the allocation methods publicly available.
