Peremptory Challenge. In addition to the grounds set forth in Code of Civil Procedure sections 170.1, et seq., and 641, each Party shall have the right to exercise one peremptory challenge, without cause, to any appointed Referee; provided, however, such challenge must be exercised within ten (10) calendar days of notice of the appointment.
