Perform Continuous Inspections Sample Clauses
Perform Continuous Inspections. The Inspector must have actual personal knowledge of the continuous construction of the Project, obtained from their personal continuous inspection of the Project during all stages of its progress when work is performed at the Project site. For work performed at locations other than the Project site, the Inspector must have personal knowledge obtained through the reporting of others on the testing or inspection of materials and workmanship for compliances with the plans, specifications, or applicable standards for the Project. Continuous inspection means complete and timely inspections of every part of the construction of the Project, as the work progresses. Verbal notification of a deviation shall be promptly made to the contractor(s) performing the non- conforming work, so that the deviation may be immediately corrected. In the event the contractor fails to immediately correct any non-conforming work, then the Inspector shall provide a written notice of deviation, as provided in Section 4(c)(vii).
