Inspection Services a. Inspection support services for both public and private construction projects, including but not limited to building, grading and infrastructure.
Inspection Services. The COUNTY shall provide inspection services including, but not limited to, inspection of new and existing OSSFs for compliance with current rules and regulations. The COUNTY shall inspect the area of investigation and septic system.

Inspection Services. In the event Consultant will perform inspection services, City or authorized representatives of the City shall have the right to inspect the work of such services whenever such representatives may deem such inspection to be desirable or necessary. Inspections by the City do not in any way relieve or minimize the responsibility of Consultant to conduct the inspections Consultant has expressly agreed to perform pursuant to this agreement. Consultant shall be solely liable for said inspections performed by Consultant. Consultant shall certify in writing to the City as to the completeness and acceptability of each inspection of improvement or construction which Consultant agrees to inspect hereunder.
Inspection Services. (i) CSI shall have an Inspector to conduct one (1) visual inspection of each school facility of District (each a “School Facility” and collectively, “School Facilities”) for the limited purpose of completing the “FIT” developed by OPSC, provide CSI’s opinion as to (A) whether each School Facility is in “good repair” as defined in the California Education Code (“CEC”) Section 17002(d)(1); and (B) each School Facility “rating” pursuant to CEC Section 17002(d)(2) (the “Inspection”).
Inspection Services. MSA will also perform inspection services. The payment for these services will be made from “project” funds. The fees for the initial program inspection, interim inspections and final project inspection services are included with each new homeowner, homebuyer or rental loan. The fees for the risk assessment and clearance testing are granted to the applicant and are not included in their loan. The fee for the inspection services are listed as follows and apply only to those services required. Not all projects require a risk assessment and/or clearance testing. Initial Program Inspection $ 275.00 Risk Assessment, Lab Fees and 2 Copies of the Report $ 475.00 All Interim Inspections and the Final Project Inspection $ 250.00 Clearance Testing, Required Notifications & Laboratory Fees $ 250.00
Inspection Services. Owner authorizes Secure Investments Realty & Management Corp. and its representatives to provide Basic Interior and Exterior Absentee Management Service Inspection noted below. Owner may request additional services in writing which are considered services above and beyond what is noted below and will cause an incremental service charge to be added to this agreement. Owner agrees to execute any documentation to allow Secure Investments to provide its requested services, such as contacting utility companies, security companies, and property owners association or subdivision. Failure to execute the necessary documents will not excuse payment to Secure Investments Realty & Management Corp..
Inspection Services. PBS shall provide on-site construction inspection services. The PBS’ construction inspector will be the Engineer's agent for the project and will act as directed by, and under the supervision of the engineer. The inspector’s oversight pertaining to the Contractor's work shall, in general, be with the engineer and Contractor, keeping the City staff advised as necessary. The inspector’s interaction with subcontractors shall only be through, or with, the full knowledge and approval of the Contractor. The inspector shall communicate with City staff, with the knowledge of and under the direction of the engineer. For budgeting purposes, this assumes one full-time inspector for 37 weeks during a total project time of 9 months and one half-time inspector for 10-hours/week for 37 weeks. Inspection Services. When Yum desires Consultant to undertake surveys it shall make a request to Consultant in writing. Within two (2) business days after the receipt of a request from Yum, Consultant shall acknowledge the request via e-mail. Thereafter, Consultant shall supply Yum with a price quote (based on the foregoing) and information relating to completion dates for the work for the survey(s) via e mail. Yum shall accept or reject Consultant’s terms via e mail and acceptance shall be deemed to be binding. Invoices shall be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof.
