Inspection Services. The COUNTY shall provide inspection services including, but not limited to, inspection of new and existing OSSFs for compliance with current rules and regulations. The COUNTY shall inspect the area of investigation and septic system.

Inspection Services. 2.3.1 The exit from upper floor to be separated from main floor with min of 45 min Fire Resistance Rating (FRR). 2.3.2 The ceiling of main floor requires 45 min FRR. 2.3.3 A minimum of one hour fire separation wall is required between the dwelling unit and office area. 2.3.4 A valid Building Permit is required prior to construction.

Inspection Services. In the event Consultant will perform inspection services, City or authorized representatives of the City shall have the right to inspect the work of such services whenever such representatives may deem such inspection to be desirable or necessary. Inspections by the City do not in any way relieve or minimize the responsibility of Consultant to conduct the inspections Consultant has expressly agreed to perform pursuant to this agreement. Consultant shall be solely liable for said inspections performed by Consultant. Consultant shall certify in writing to the City as to the completeness and acceptability of each inspection of improvement or construction which Consultant agrees to inspect hereunder.

Inspection Services. CSI shall have an Inspector to conduct one (1) visual inspection of each school facility of District (each a “School Facility” and collectively, “School Facilities”) for the limited purpose of completing the “FIT” developed by OPSC, provide CSI’s opinion as to (A) whether each School Facility is in “good repair” as defined in the California Education Code (“CEC”) Section 17002(d)(1); and (B) each School Facility “rating” pursuant to CEC Section 17002(d)(2) (the “Inspection”).

Inspection Services. MSA will also perform inspection services. The payment for these services will be made from “project” funds. The fees for the initial program inspection, interim inspections and final project inspection services are included with each new homeowner, homebuyer or rental loan. The fees for the risk assessment and clearance testing are granted to the applicant and are not included in their loan. The fee for the inspection services are listed as follows and apply only to those services required. Not all projects require a risk assessment and/or clearance testing. Inspection Services. The Inspector shall, with respect to the Project, discharge the duties and responsibilities of an inspector as specified in currently applicable law, including but not necessarily limited to Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (“CCR”), and the most recently published DSA Interpretation of Regulations (“IR”) A-8 (collectively, “Inspection Services”). The Inspection Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: a. The Inspector shall act under the direction of the District’s architect or structural engineer (“Design Professional”). The Inspector shall be responsible, however, to DSA for enforcement of the plans and specifications for the Project. b. The Inspector’s responsibilities shall include: i. Complying with all inspection requirements required by DSA, including, but not limited to, any applicable DSA rules, regulations, procedures, IR, or other issuances or orders from DSA controlling Inspector’s provision of Inspection Services (collectively, “DSA Regulations”). The DSA Regulations applicable to this Agreement include, but are not limited to, the requirements and guidelines set forth in the DSA Form 152 Inspection Card Manual, DSA IR A-8, and DSA Procedure 13-01, as such may be amended from time to time by DSA. ii. Ensuring that the correct quantity of project inspection cards (DSA Form 152) are issued for the Project. The Inspector is required to be in possession of the necessary DSA Form 152s before commencement of construction of the Project. iii. Obtaining a copy of the construction documents approved by DSA for the Project, including the plans and specifications (“DSA Approved Documents”) from the Design Professional. iv. Providing personal, competent, adequate, and continuous construction inspections of all aspects of the construction of the Project. v. Having a thorough understanding of all requirements of the construction documents for the Project. vi. Inspecting all portions of the construction of the Project for compliance with the requirements of the DSA Approved Documents. vii. Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations in the construction of the Project from the DSA Approved Documents. viii. Submitting verified DSA Form 6-PI reports, noting any outstanding deviations in the construction of the Project from the DSA Approved Documents. ix. Inspection Services. When Yum desires Consultant to undertake surveys it shall make a request to Consultant in writing. Within two (2) business days after the receipt of a request from Yum, Consultant shall acknowledge the request via e-mail. Thereafter, Consultant shall supply Yum with a price quote (based on the foregoing) and information relating to completion dates for the work for the survey(s) via e mail. Yum shall accept or reject Consultant’s terms via e mail and acceptance shall be deemed to be binding. Invoices shall be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof.

Inspection Services. Onsite inspection duties are expected to be primarily night work. All inspector hours will be charged at 125% of the daytime rates for the duration of this project. The CONSULTANT shall provide one full-time onsite construction inspector for 8 hours per working day, 40-hour work weeks for 20 working days. The onsite inspector will perform the following duties at a minimum: • Document pre-construction conditions by taking photos as well as develop field notes prior to construction start. • Inspect work methods and products; verify compliance with Project contract plans and specifications. • Inspect materials; verify compliance with Project contract plans and specifications. • Inspect equipment; verify compliance with approved submittals and Project contract plans and specifications. • Coordination of work with adjacent property owners. • Coordination with subconsultants. • Coordination with utility companies. • Point of contact for quality control testing services. • Verify environmental compliance. • Prepare inspection correspondence, records and reports. • Verify permit compliance. • Develop punch lists.
