Common use of Performance and acceptance of Services Clause in Contracts

Supplier shall perform the Services in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the Agreement, observing due skill and care, using proper and well maintained materials and employing sufficiently qualified staff. 7.2 Supplier shall properly and timely instruct Customer of any special use or treatment regarding the Services. 7.3 Only written confirmation of acceptance shall constitute acceptance of the Services performed.
