Performance and Compliance with Other Agreements. Perform and comply with each of the material provisions of each indenture, credit agreement, contract or other agreement by which such Person or its properties are bound, non-performance or non-compliance with which would have a material adverse effect upon the business or credit of such Person or in any way affect the ability of such Borrower to perform its obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Borrower is a party.
