Performance and Compliance with Receivables and Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy. Each of the SPV and the Master Servicer shall, (i) at its own expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Receivables; and (ii) timely and fully comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy in regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.

Such Originator shall, at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under all Contracts related to the Receivables and timely and fully comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy with regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.

The SPV shall, at its own expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Pool Receivables; and the SPV and the Servicer, as to itself, shall timely and fully comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy in regard to each Pool Receivable and the related Contract. The Servicer may perform the foregoing obligations on behalf of the SPV.

Perform its obligations under the Contracts related to the Sold Receivables to the same extent as if such Receivables had not been sold or contributed by it hereunder.
