The Seller shall timely perform the obligations required to be performed by the Seller, and shall vigorously enforce the rights and remedies accorded to the Seller, under the Sale Agreement. The Seller shall take all actions to perfect and enforce its rights and interests (and the rights and interests of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Groups, as assignee of the Seller) under the Sale Agreement as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request, including, without limitation, making claims to which it may be entitled under any indemnity, reimbursement or similar provision contained in the Sale Agreement.
