Performance and Quality Improvement Projects. 9.6.1. The Contractor must identify where improvement is needed and implement interventions to address the needed improvements within Contractor’s own quality management plan. 9.6.2. The Contractor must participate in the implementation of Great Rivers’ performance improvement project as applicable to the services provided by the Contractor.
