Performance and Receipt of Services. (a) SPX and Flowco shall each exercise reasonable care in providing and receiving any Service to (i) prevent access to the Services or the computing, telecommunications or other digital operating or processing systems or environments (including computer programs, data, databases, computers, computer libraries, communications equipment, networks and systems) accessed and/or used in connection with the Services (collectively, the “Information Systems”) by unauthorized Persons and (ii) not damage, disrupt or interrupt the Services or Information Systems.
