Common use of Performance Bond Clause in Contracts

Performance Bond. If requested by a Participating Entity, Vendor will provide a performance bond that meets the requirements set forth in the Participating Entity’s order.

Performance Bond. If requested by a Participating Entity, Vendor Vendor’s Dealer will provide a performance bond that meets the requirements set forth in the Participating Entity’s order.

Performance Bond. If requested by a Participating Entity, Vendor will provide a performance bond that meets the requirements set forth in the Participating Entity’s orderorder subject to Vendor's approval, not to be unreasonably withheld and payment by Participating Entity of the fee for the performance bond.
