Performance by Bank. If you fail to perform any of your obligations under this Agreement, we may perform or cause the performance of such obligation, and the Fees and Expenses incurred by us in connection therewith, plus interest at the highest lawful rate, shall be paid by you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall obligate us to perform any of the obligations on you under this Agreement.
