Performance by President of Approved Operating Plans. (a) Except as otherwise provided herein or otherwise authorized by the Board, the President shall conduct, or cause the Company to conduct, Operations, incur expenses and purchase assets for the Company in accordance with the then applicable Approved Operating Plan.
