Performance by Specified Individuals Only. The Supplier agrees that to the extent that specific individuals are named in the Contract as being responsible for the provision of the Deliverables, only those individuals shall provide the Deliverables under the Contract. The Supplier shall not replace or substitute any of the individuals named in the Contract without the prior written approval of the Board, which may not arbitrarily or unreasonably be withheld.
